Are there any countries where I cannot promote Kindred Group brands and are excluded from your affiliate programme?
You cannot have a Kindred Affiliates account if you are based in any of the following countries:

Which payment options do you offer?
Kindred Affiliates offers a number of payment methods including bank transfer, Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) and NETELLER. Please make sure that your payment options are kept up-to-date on your affiliate account under My Account > Payment Information.
Which Products And Countries Are Relevant To Each Brand?

How do I verify my affiliate account so I can be paid commission?
Kindred Group is required to verify the information associated to the affiliates account as part of our Know Your Affiliate (KYA) program. This due diligence is required for all prospective and existing affiliates.
Please note that non-compliance will result in the termination of our business relationship with Kindred. The relationship can only be reinstated after the due diligence process is successfully completed and approved.
What Are The Rules & Guidelines For Communicating Live Streaming?
Kindred Group holds a Watch&Bet sport streaming license. This means that you are not permitted to advertise sport streaming without a connected message relating to betting. Furthermore, you are not allowed to mention the word “Free” in any of your advertisements and cannot advertise geo-blocked properties in geo-blocked markets.
Finally, you are not allowed to mention the word “TV” or “Game Pass” or anything relating to live streaming alternatives.
Violation of these rules may result in your affiliate account being permanently closed.
What Is The Kindred Affiliates Program And How Does It Work?
The Kindred Affiliates program rewards third parties for referring customers to our online betting and gaming brands: Unibet, 32Red, Bingo.com, Maria Casino, Otto Casino, Highrolling/Storspelare & Vlad Cazino. See more about our brands on Our Brands page.
Our affiliates send traffic to our sites via tracked links. When this traffic converts into a new player registration, we reward the affiliate that generated this new player with a commission payment.
What Is A Sub-Affiliate?
A sub-affiliate is a new affiliate which is referred by an existing affiliate of Kindred Affiliates. Existing affiliates can refer new affiliates via their unique sub-affiliate link, which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section when logged in.
Once your referred affiliate has signed up, you can achieve additional earnings for every customer that your sub-affiliate sends to us. Easy!
Can I see the number of customers I have referred to you?
Yes – as an affiliate, you have access to customer reporting which you can find when you log in to your account. This will give you information on players but please be aware that their personal information will not be shared due to the Data Protection Act.
How will a customer be linked to my account?
When a customer clicks through from a link or banner on your website, your unique tracking code means that that client can only be connected to your account. We operate a last-click cookie which is valid for 45 days.

How often are my statistics updated?
The reports in the Kindred Affiliates interface are updated daily, usually by 15:00 GMT. In the event that you believe that your statistics have not been updated or you have any questions, please contact your affiliate manager.
Where can I view my statistics?
When you log in to your Kindred Affiliates account, you will be able to access a wide range of reports that detail the traffic that has been sent to us via your site together with any transactions that have been carried out.

Do you offer bonus codes?
Bonus code availability varies per Brand and per Country. Please contact your Affiliate Manager to discuss how we can best help you.
Can I offer visitors to my website an incentive to sign up?
Kindred Group sites offer a range of incentives to new players. These bonuses vary according to the product you are promoting and the market which you are targeting. To view the latest promotions for the product and market you are targeting, click here.
Affiliates are not able to offer their own incentives to visitors. This includes any sort of cashback promotion.
Can I request a special marketing tool for my website?
Special, exclusive tools can be arranged. Contact your affiliate manager to discuss the possibilities.
Do you pay sub-affiliates earnings with normal payouts?
Yes, the sub-affiliate commission is paid together with the normal partner commission every month. You can view sub-affiliate earnings in Reports > Earnings Reports > Sub-Affiliates.
Are Sub-affiliates earnings paid on the same date as my regular payments?
Yes, your sub-affiliate commission is paid together with your regular affiliate earnings every month. You can view your sub-affiliates under Reports > Earnings Reports > Sub-Affiliates.
Where can I see my commission status and other information?
As soon as you log into your affiliate account, your payment information will be displayed on the main page. More detailed information can be obtained by clicking onto ‘Reports’, ‘Earnings Report’ or ‘Payment Report’.
How much can I earn?
The sky is the limit! We offer competitive and flexible reward plans to reflect the quantity and quality of the players which you send to us. For full details, please contact your affiliate manager.
How do I know how much money I’ve made?
You can view your statistics at any time via the Reports>Earnings Reports section in the Kindred Affiliates interface.
I’m registered for VAT. How do I get my commission?
Affiliates registered for VAT in Malta must invoice Kindred Affiliates before the 5th day of the month following the month for which the commission is to be paid. Failure to submit a valid invoice by this date may result in a delay in payment. Invoice templates are available in the ‘Payments’ section and you must include the PO number provided by your Affiliate Manager on the invoice. All invoices should be sent by email to: Invoices_ULL-USL@kindredplc.com and please remember to copy in your Affiliate Manager on these payment emails.
Affiliates registered for tax outside of Malta are not required to invoice us and their commission will be paid automatically via the payment details on their account, provided they reach the minimum payment limit of €100.
When will my commission be paid?
We pay our affiliates approximately 10 to 15 working days following the end of the month in which the commission was earned, subject to a minimum payment of 100 Euros. If you haven’t reached that level then your earnings will be carried over to the following month.
