The first iGB Affiliate event in Barcelona? Completed it!
And what a week we had. In a new, sunnier location, we joined the fresh conference buzz during what was a fantastic event at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
We had many new and familiar faces visit our stand, with a total of 74 planned meetings with our affiliates, all of whom walked away with a prize from our spin the wheel! We had a variety of goodies up for grabs; from signed balls and shirts to space-themed sweets and beach balls.
If you did come to visit us on stand, you may have noticed that our business cards were nowhere to be seen. Instead, we had QR codes around our stand, directing visitors to a page with all our markets and contact details. We also made sure our confectionery packaging was plastic free, as every little effort to be greener adds up! Once again, Expose Designs worked with us on our stand and share our values surrounding being sustainable, whilst also achieving our signature design, to ensure that our stand has as little carbon impact as possible when exhibiting.
Of course, this wouldn’t be a Kindred Affiliates conference without us doing something fun with our top partners! This year, our affiliate social evening took place at Space Cowboy, an extra-terrestrial Wild West venue in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. We worked the team at Space Cowboy to create a custom cocktail menu based around our brands (which were, of course, delicious), as well as a pizza menu. Guests were welcomed into a unique venue with beautiful architecture, live music and a photo booth, with one of the highlights being the variety of talent displayed in the karaoke room… Overall, this was a fabulous night that received some fantastic feedback, and I think we have all made some great memories from the event.
